The Workhorses: Two Bridgeport Universal Mills with a healthy assortment of tooling give us the flexibility needed to complete many types of work. From prototyping to repairs, short production runs and everywhere in between!
Three Lathes with various capacities allow for most turning operations. While our largest Lathe measures 14 x 36, we find that this is adequate for most turning work. We also keep an assortment of materials ready to be turned for quick repairs!
Our Van Norman 777 and 944 boring bars make for easy cylinder boring on the average motorcycle. A third, Japanese 'Strong' boring bar helps us take care of bores as small as 38mm!
Our Bead blasting cabinet comfortably fits work up to approximately 20" x 14".
No project is too small, so feel free to swing by to have a piece blasted!
As with any shop dealing in the mechanical, a floor press is an essential tool. Our 30 ton unit is ready to take on the everyday to the uncommon.
We are currently building our welding department. In the mean time projects will be completed offsite using a Miller Dynasty TIG machine.
